By downloading, installing, or using SubPal ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

SubPal is a subscription tracking and management application that helps users:

• Track subscription services and their costs
• Receive renewal reminders
• Analyze spending patterns
• Manage subscription information

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the App
• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or harm the App
• Keep your account information secure
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Premium Subscription

Some features require a Premium subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
• No refunds for unused portions of a subscription period

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SubPal are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past twelve months.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
